Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to key questions families ask when reaching out to Alkosar.
How soon will I receive a reply?
For messages sent via WhatsApp, we typically respond within 1 to 2 hours. Form submissions and email inquiries are reviewed and answered within the same business day.
Can I request a female teacher?
Yes, absolutely. Qualified Shia female teachers are available for female students, teenage girls, and younger boys. Simply specify your preference in the form or WhatsApp message.
How does scheduling work across timezones?
Because every class is private and 1-on-1, lessons are scheduled directly according to your local convenience — including after-school slots and weekend mornings in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
Is the trial class truly without obligation?
Yes. The free trial is 100% complimentary. We do not ask for any credit card or payment information. If you decide not to proceed after the lesson, there is zero obligation.
